Agent for Live Chat ( Remote / WFH )

Responsibilities

? Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
? Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and navigating our website or platform.
? Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses.
? Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for record-keeping and improvement purposes.
? Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements
? Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat environment.
? Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
? Familiarity with CRM software and chat support systems.
? A keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

PAY RATE: $20.17 - $31.92 Hourly
