In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
? Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
? Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently
? Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
? Maintain customer records and handle administrative tasks as needed
? Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
? Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ? Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks ? Proficiency in basic computer applications ? Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
