What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, including deciphering difficult handwriting
? Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, with a focus on accuracy
? Verify the accuracy of data before entry into the system
? Ensure consistency of data across the system, such as updating customer address changes
? Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties like filing and copying

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
? Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities
? Ability to maintain patience for repetitive tasks
? Minimum of one to two years of experience in data entry and/or filing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Reading knowledge of Spanish, as a small percentage of orders are in that language
? Social perceptiveness and service orientation
