Responsibilities
? Learn to prep and paint aircraft under the guidance of experienced painters.

? Prepare surfaces for painting and protect components from chemical erosion during the paint stripping and sanding process.

? Seal and mask surfaces to prevent damage during painting.

? Apply aerospace coatings and livery markings according to industry standards.

? Operate equipment such as boom lifts safely and effectively.

? Follow safety protocols for working on and around aircraft.

? Properly use and dispose of chemicals and materials in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Requirements
? Willingness to learn and work hard in a hands-on environment.
