Bookkeeper (Entry level, Remote)

The new Bookkeeper (Entry level, remote) will be working together with other team members and have the following responsibilities: ? Recording and sending invoices ? AR Collection (following up with clients on upcoming payments and overdue balances) ? Email and Zoom communication with the Accounting and other Departments within the Company ? Working with payment platforms such as Stripe etc. Qualifications ? QB Desktop ? Microsoft Office (including knowledge in Excel) ? G Suite (google spreadsheets) ? Reliable ? someone who coworkers can depend on ? Goal-oriented ? strives to achieve tasks and objectives ? Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks ? Self-starter and motivated ? Quick learner and fast worker
