Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will have the autonomy to manage your workday while collaborating with a dedicated team passionate about data-driven outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
? Identifying and understanding customer requirements for data, facilitating the engineering of comprehensive database solutions.
? Leveraging your expertise in database technologies and programming to construct and sustain effective data systems.
? Ensuring the integration of data into user-centric formats while overseeing its governance in alignment with business objectives.
? Evaluating new data sources, determining scalability, monitoring performance, and upholding data security.
? Conducting preliminary data analyses and designing intuitive user interfaces to deliver significant insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills
? Strong proficiency in AWS services, including S3, Glue, DynamoDB, Redshift, and Lambda.
? Solid programming experience with Python, SQL, SparkSQL, and PySpark.
? Exceptional problem-solving capabilities coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
? A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in an agile setting (Scrum/Kanban).

Qualifications
? Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with AWS services.
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
? A minimum of 4 years of experience in Big Data environments (Hadoop, AWS, Python) is advantageous.
? Familiarity with Spark streaming and agile development methodologies is preferred.
? Understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is a plus.
