• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and quality service
• Utilize data and analytics to improve chat performance and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or live chat role
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
