What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct medical management activities to ensure quality patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate and manage patient care
• Review medical records and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding medical treatment options
• Participate in medical rounds and case conferences to discuss patient care strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Active RN license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical management or healthcare coordination
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Certification in Case Management (CCM)
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in a managed care setting
