Our agency is growing faster than expected, and we need talented individuals to join our team and keep our momentum going. We?re looking for a Thumbnail Designer who can conceptualize and create compelling thumbnail images for YouTube videos, driving engagement and audience growth.

What You'll Do:
As our Thumbnail Designer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' YouTube channels. Your responsibilities include:

Design Expertise: Develop visually appealing thumbnails aligned with each client?s brand guidelines.
Content Creation: Produce 3?6 thumbnails per week from concept to completion.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current YouTube thumbnail trends and evolving audience preferences.
Feedback-Driven Improvements: Use data and analytics to refine designs and test new approaches.
A/B Testing: Experiment with multiple thumbnail variations to determine what drives the best results.
Collaborative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming video headlines, descriptions, and tags to enhance content discoverability.

This is a remote position! You can work from anywhere ? whether it?s the sunny beaches of Maui or the snowy peaks of Colorado. If you're based in San Francisco or Los Angeles, there may be opportunities to co-work with our team in person.
