Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Master's degree preferred. ? Valid teaching certification in Special Education. ? Proven experience in delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs. ? Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the ability to create and implement effective strategies and accommodations. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and fellow team members. ?
