TPO Partner Support Associate

Responsible for assisting and providing support to Wholesale Third Party Originator (TPO) Partners and sales support.

EXPECTATIONS...
? Assists partners with the pre-application process.
? Reviews all TPO Partner documentation for new approval and/or re-certification.
? Processes TPO partner Applications for final approval.
? Sets up newly approved accounts in Archer.
? Sets up new users in ReverseVision, Link, Salesforce, and Quantum Reverse.
? Monitors and processes Comergence Alerts.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - REQUIRED
? High School Diploma

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
? Minimum 1 year experience in the Reverse Mortgage Industry.
? Prior understanding of FAR mortgage processes.
? Prior experience supporting Wholesale Account Executives and TPO Partners.
? Ability to problem solve and handle TPO Partner inquiries.
? Ability to handle daily new business, monthly recertifications, emails and alerts with a high level of customer service.
? Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills.
? Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
? Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
