Studio 107, a social impact brand-focused marketing technologies agency, is looking for a proactive and client-focused Remote Account Manager to serve as the bridge between our clients and internal team. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at relationship management and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication

? Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with the internal team

? Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and oversee project progress

? Coordinate with designers, strategists, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of client work

? Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

? Experience in account management, client services, or project management (preferably in a marketing or digital agency)

? Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

? Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining attention to detail

? Familiarity with HoneyBook and Monday.com (or similar project management tools)
