Position: Call Center Sales Representative
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Job Overview: Join our team as a Work From Home Call Center Sales Representative and be part of an exciting opportunity to drive sales from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage with customers over the phone, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities: ? Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers. ? Provide information about products/services, promotions, and pricing. ? Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. ? Achieve and exceed sales targets. ? Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system. ? High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor?s degree preferred). ? Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. ? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
