Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Hourly Rate: $15.00/hr

Shift Times: Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) *Note: overtime and weekends may be required.

Job Requirements: ? Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse setting. ? Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems (WMS). ? Ability to operate label printing machines and other warehouse equipment. ? Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ? Must be able to stand for extended periods. ? Overtime is mandatory when called; shifts may be 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, including some weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities: ? Enter and update product information into the warehouse management system (WMS) with precision. ? Review and verify data before printing to ensure accuracy and consistency with inventory records. ? Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely production and labeling of goods. ? Troubleshoot and resolve minor printing errors or issues with labeling machines. ? Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations. ? Track label printing inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
