What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
? Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate as needed
? Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures
? Perform other duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED
? 1 year of customer service experience
? Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
? Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous call center experience, especially in the Healthcare industry
? Experience working remotely
? Fluency in Spanish
