Job Description
CCI Group is a leading language service provider offering translation, interpretation, and transcription services to a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping processes.

Responsibilities: ? Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions. ? Reconcile bank and credit card statements. ? Manage QuickBooks Online ? Process invoices and payments through platforms such as Bill.com, Wise, PayPal, and ADP. ? Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. ? Assist in preparing financial reports for management. ? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
? Minimum of 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
? Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
? Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
? Preferred experience working with language service providers.
? Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
? Experience with online payment platforms like Bill.com, Wise, PayPal, and ADP is a plus.
? Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Additional Information:
? This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Orlando, FL, as CCI Group is headquartered there.
? Flexible work schedule based on part-time hours.
