What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Investigate and resolve various employment complaints
• Provide guidance on conflict resolution and dispute resolution
• Document investigation plans, interviews, summaries, and recommendations
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for employment, performance, and policy issues
• Tailor and deliver effective communications to influence outcomes and mitigate risk
What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Human Resources, Legal, or Risk Management experience
• At least 3 years of investigation experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assess tradeoffs between speed and quality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• At least 5 years of experience working in a team corporate environment
• At least 5 years of Human Resources or Legal experience focused on employment investigations
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or related certifications
• Experience conducting all types of employment investigations
• Basic knowledge of employment law and practices
