What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service
? Assist with product information, registration support, and service inquiries
? Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, and providing minor concessions
? Create, update, and retrieve owner records for complaints and resolutions
? Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
? Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues with in-depth knowledge of processes
? High degree of concentration and attention to detail
? Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
? Familiarity with web-based systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
