Remote Student Support Specialist

Responsibilities: ? Customer Support: Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to course content, enrollment, and technical issues. ? Administrative Tasks: Perform diverse administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining digital records. ? Technical Assistance: Offer technical support to customers and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of online courses and platforms. ? Content Management: Assist in formatting, and editing course materials using Microsoft Word and other software. ? Writing and Reviewing: Write, review, and edit documents and course materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. ? Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. ? Communication: Coordinate with various departments to streamline activities, provide updates, and ensure cohesive workflow. ? Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: ? Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. ? Experience: Experience in a support role, preferably in a remote setting. Experience in the education sector is a plus. ? Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable with using various online tools and platforms. ? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences. ? Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing high-level support and satisfaction. ? Writing and Reviewing: Demonstrated experience in writing, reviewing, and editing documents for clarity and accuracy. ? Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. ? Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions independently. ? Remote Work: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
