Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to client inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. ? Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. ? Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment, is preferred. ? Excellent written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities. ? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. ?
