This position is remote and the ideal candidate will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina, or in a nearby area. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat... platform.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and de-escalate challenging situations
• Collaborate with the customer service team to provide seamless support across all channels
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems
