What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries regarding benefits
• Provide holistic case management services, ensuring compliance with benefit plans
• Resolve inquiries by utilizing available documentation and escalating unresolved issues
• Manage workload effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity goals
• Collaborate with partner teams on process changes and cross-functional issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 2 years? experience in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center
• Call center experience is mandatory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with care and empathy
