What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the first line of contact for customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
• Provide assistance with bank operations, transaction processing, and electronic services
• Communicate through various channels including email and secured messaging
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Follow all bank policies, laws, and regulations while performing basic teller transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or teller roles
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage System Registry (NMLS) and annual renewal
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Windows-based and Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, contact center, or teller roles
• Associate Degree or higher education
• Previous banking experience
• Demonstrated ability to learn and use new technology effectively
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
