What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer telephones and respond to basic customer inquiries
• Process calls while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
• Record calls, process requests, and update account history with accurate documentation
• Distribute incoming emails for multiple clients in accordance with established SLAs
• Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to address customer service issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of two years of customer service and telephone experience
• Experience with computer software and telephone technology
• Experience in commercial credit card support and fraud monitoring
• Ability to handle sensitive information with great verbal and written communication skills

• Strong typing and data entry skills
