Your Customer Success duties, should you accept them, include:
? Help our customers with any questions or issues
? Make modifications to their accounts and purchases in our CMS
? Answer customer phone calls, emails, instant chats, social media queries and keep the conversation friendly, but focused and on-track
? Some administrative duties

Skills and Requirements: ? 3 years experience in customer service ? A bright, upbeat personality ? Experience with email ticketing systems, such as Gorgias ? Experience with Shopify ? Comfortable working on a computer (Mac) ? Comfortable providing phone support ? Extremely organized ? Have a synergistic approach to team ? Takes personal pride in fast, efficient customer care ? Ability to prioritize incoming tickets quickly and efficiently ? Proven track record with solid response time and customer satisfaction rating ? The ability to make every customer feel valued ? The ability to track commonly asked questions and help create a knowledge base

Monday to Friday

+ Rotating Saturday Shift & Rotating Friday Off
