Customer Service Representative - Contract to Hire

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Phone Call Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key... Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Assist customers with order placement, billing issues, and or after sales issues.

• Document and update customer records accurately in the system.

• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

• Escalate issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as necessary.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• Provide feedback on issues and problems related to internal processes and policies regularly to improve service efficiency and quality constantly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.

• Proficient in using computers and call center software.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
