Responsibilities: ? Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes ? Assisting with executing comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans ? Completing daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) ? Providing personal companionship and ongoing social and emotional support ? Assisting with personal care activities such as hygiene, mobility assistance, and meal preparation ? Ensuring order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times ? Providing transportation to and from appointments as needed ? Handling administrative functions such as documentation and reporting changes in clients' conditions

Qualifications: ? Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) ? Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care ? Valid Basic Life Support Training (CPR) ? TB screening/PPD chest X-ray ? Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation ? Empathy, compassion, and kindness are a must ? Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in various situations ? Reliability, dependability, and punctuality are essential ? Basic computer skills and technical savviness ? Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. ? Ability to pass a background check and provide references
