What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Ensure customer contacts are addressed, questions are answered, and quality standards are met for each interaction
? Strive for first call resolution and a positive customer service experience through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
? Stay informed on product updates, new tools, and departmental processes while seeking improvement opportunities
? Accurately document all customer interactions within the customer database
? Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate resources

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of customer service or relevant experience
? Availability for weekend and/or evening work
? Ability to handle calls, chats, emails, and texts from students for 80% of the workday
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar
? Must reside in one of the specified locations: California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Washington

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with chat/text support
? Bilingual skills (additional pay differential may apply)
