What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage user AD accounts, BitLocker, MacAfee encryption policies, and process user account forms
? Provide hardware and software installation, break/fix support, and desk-side support
? Support Conference room and multimedia equipment onsite
? Set up, support, and troubleshoot hybrid meetings using various webinar platforms
? Maintain conference room equipment and provide IT support via phone calls, chat, and email
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must have at least 1+ years of experience providing IT support
? Experience with Audio Visual systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Products
? Familiarity with Mac and PC hardware and operating systems
? Understanding of basic computer networks
? Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
? Certifications in IT training programs
