Key Responsibilities
? Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in a virtual setting.
? Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff, parents, and related service providers.
? Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to achieve individual goals.
? Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.
? Utilize a range of digital tools and platforms to engage students effectively in a remote learning environment.
? Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.

Qualifications
? Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license.
? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
? Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and technology.
? Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
