Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to itineraries, and providing information about Delta services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta?s policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Document interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate?s or bachelor?s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using chat software and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
