TeleTech is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Specialists. No prior experience is required, as we provide extensive paid training to help you succeed in this role. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support and assistance over the phone.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Basic computer literacy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone
