What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to high volume clinician and patient billing inquiries across multiple communication platforms
? Maintain appropriate response times and effectively document billing-related inquiries
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
? Identify issues and propose potential improvements to existing processes
? Participate in various projects that encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
? At least 1+ year of customer service experience
? Previous experience in healthcare or call center environments is strongly preferred
? Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce)
? Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
? Bilingual capabilities
? Experience with alpha-numeric data entry and 10-key
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? High energy and a self-starter attitude
