Skills
? At least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry.
? Familiarity with help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to resolve inquiries effectively.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work well in a team and consult the right stakeholders to resolve client issues.
Responsibilities
? Provide clear and knowledgeable responses to client inquiries.
? Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
? Address and resolve client issues, update account information, and follow up to ensure requests are fully addressed.
? Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet production targets consistently.
? Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve inquiries.
? Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures.
? Review and recommend improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
? Strong problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work well in a team environment.
Education Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
