Responsibilities

Requirements

? Prior customer service experience is a must, preferably in a call center environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
? A quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
