What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Identify pharmacy audit risks using analytical skills and audit tools
• Develop and execute audit plans and procedures to address identified risks
• Conduct investigational audits and present findings to the Sr Audit Manager
• Collaborate with Pharma Account Manager to ensure thorough research for external audits
• Prepare formal reports on audit findings and recommendations for remediation

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in PBM, healthcare, financial analysis, accounting, or auditing preferred
• Valid driver?s license required
• Proficient in spreadsheet applications, including Microsoft Excel and Access
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Previous experience working with cross-functional departments to resolve issues
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and a dynamic workload
• Demonstrated judgment in analysis of findings and recommendations
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
