Join a dynamic and growing company based in Pittsford, NY, as a remote Administrative Assistant. In this temporary to permanent role, you will perform administrative tasks to support office administration.

General Job Duties, will include, but not be limited:
? Manage daily administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and financial transactions. Providing reception to incoming calls, handling faxes and shipments.
? Assisting Human Capital with employee lifecycle processes including recognition, interviews, reference check, filing, and record maintenance, ensuring compliance and maintaining accuracy.
? Support office operations by assisting with inventory management, ensuring efficient workflow, and compliance with procedures across various departmental initiatives.

Hours: Full Time, Monday ? Friday, 9:30 am ? 6:00 pm

Training Hours: Monday ? Friday: 8:30 am ? 5 pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks.

Salary: $16.20/hr.
