- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders including management and co-workers
- Evaluate and enter asset management data into support platforms and applications
- Review and distribute weekly regional KPI status reports to relevant personnel
- Assist with data integration and training for new team members on asset management platforms
- Make recommendations for maintenance strategies and improvements to equipment reliability
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating maintenance activities in a steel, mining, or heavy industrial environment
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance scheduling/planning using CMMS
- Proficient in MS Office and CMMS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret large amounts of cost and performance-related data
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mining, Mechanical, Process, or Electrical
- 3 or more years of experience coordinating multi-site maintenance teams in a heavy industrial setting
- Experience managing financial performance in a Maintenance and/or Operations setting
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams effectively
