What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide customer support for patients, referral sources, and employees in relation to Negative Pressure Wound Therapy
• Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for services/products
• Manage initial intake processes, including phone calls, data entry, and paperwork processing
• Maintain quality control and accuracy throughout patient contact and data input
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Background investigation and drug screening may be required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• One year of related work experience
• Extensive knowledge of documentation needed for wound types and insurance requirements for NPWT
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Strong customer service background
