Job Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities



  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

  • Coordinate and manage client care activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide clients with detailed information about Amazon’s services and offerings.


Requirements



  • Previous experience in a customer service or client care role is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.


Educational Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
