Job Description

American Express is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Data Entry Keyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering a variety of data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and accurate. This part-time remote position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for individuals looking to balance work with other commitments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
