Job Description
American Express is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Data Entry Keyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering a variety of data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and accurate. This part-time remote position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for individuals looking to balance work with other commitments. As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
