What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Input sales orders daily with a focus on accuracy, ensuring no more than 2 errors per month
• Set up and maintain standing orders for customers, including holds, releases, and additions
• Process exceptions and handle related tasks such as creating credit memos and filing freight claims
• Attend scheduled meetings and maintain a strong presence in the workplace
• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment
• High School diploma preferred
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a record free of serious injuries
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stress while meeting deadlines
• Punctuality in clocking in and out for work and lunch, with minimal errors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor
• Demonstrated dedication to tasks and teamwork
• Motivation to seek growth opportunities and take on more responsibilities
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to perform without outside help
