Responsibilities
? Call on leads provided to you by the agency
? Present and explain P&C insurance products to potential clients over the phone
? Evaluate clients' needs and recommend the most suitable policies
? Build and maintain a portfolio of satisfied, long-term clients
? Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
? Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high client retention

Requirements
? Active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance licenses
? Proven experience in sales (insurance sales is a plus)
? Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual meetings
? Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting
? Goal-oriented with a desire to exceed expectations
? Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Salesforce)
? Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
