? Manage our social media presence, drive community interaction, and utilize analytics to refine performance.
? Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns tailored for TikTok and social media.
? Engage actively with our social media community in real-time.
? Stay abreast of the latest TikTok trends and use analytics insights.
? Collaborate with the team to produce compelling content for TikTok.
? Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize performance.

Requirements: ? 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or similar positions. ? Proven experience in social media management (scheduling and publishing) with a strong emphasis on TikTok. Creator experience is a major bonus! And, experience with tools such as Canva and Capcut are an additional bonus. ? Demonstrated success in driving... engagement and growing online communities. ? Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, and/or Khoros and the ability to use data to inform strategy. ? Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages and foster a vibrant online community. ? A keen understanding of current social media trends and a creative approach to content creation. ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment. ? A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
