What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Collaborative work with proposal team and internal clients to prepare winning proposals, qualifications submittals, and interview presentations
? Facilitate kick off meetings, define expectations, and manage adherence to proposal schedule
? Develop strategy and win themes in collaboration with team and technical writers
? Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and/or editing proposal narrative
? Communicate and coordinate status with the proposal team
? Facilitate final submittal production and delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent combination of education and experience
? Minimum 4+ years of experience in planning, preparation, and development of architectural and engineering proposals and qualifications packages
? Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills
? Organizational conceptual thinking skills and effective decision-making skills
? Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills
? Familiarity with the AEC industry and experience with Adobe InDesign
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with proposal database software Deltek Vision
