What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop a strategy for successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact for key accounts
• Facilitate executive meetings to drive progress towards desired business metrics and outcomes
• Drive positive Net Promoter and candidate experience scores through initiatives with customers
• Build relationships with key account contacts and internal partners on sales, product, and engineering teams
• Identify growth and expansion opportunities within the account portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 3 years of related experience
• Experience with enterprise or strategic level customers preferred
• Experience managing client relationships in software as a service or technology environments
• Experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies
• Experience in project/change management and organizational development
• Passion for outstanding customer service and account management
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams
• Collaborative and forward-thinking individual
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Knowledge of human resources/talent acquisition function
• Experience in sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives in a corporate environment
