Instacart is seeking a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. • **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers through chat platforms to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver an outstanding service experience.

• **Problem Resolution**: Quickly identify the root causes of customer issues, provide accurate solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

• **Order Management**: Assist customers with order-related queries, including order tracking, modifications, cancellations, and delivery issues.

• **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Instacart?s products, services, and promotions in order to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

• **Documentation**: Log customer interactions and feedback accurately in our system to contribute to customer insights and future enhancements to our services.

• **Quality Assurance**: Ensure conversations are conducted professionally and align with Instacart?s quality and satisfaction standards.

• **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in training sessions and team meetings, providing input on processes and best practices, and embracing the opportunity for calculated risk-taking to foster innovation.

• **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for chat support experience.

• **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus.

• **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using customer service software and chat applications; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
