What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Monitor, coach, and support staff to enhance call handling skills and ensure high-quality caller support
? Ensure staff performance meets quality, productivity, and attendance standards while tracking progress and results

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or GED equivalent
? Four or more years of customer service experience
? Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to multitask and work independently
? Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a call center with strong customer service and sales background
? Bilingual in Spanish with oral and written fluency
? Consistent work history and excellent attendance record
? Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
