Responsibilities: ? Contacting out list of clients to fullfill their request, schedule their follow up virtual Zoom appointment ? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments. ? Resolve customer inquiries, issues and ensure customer satisfaction. ? Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. ? Process forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately. ? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. ? Update customer information in the database. ? Collaborate with team members. ? Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends. ? Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas.

Qualifications: ? Bilingual is not required but is a plus. ? 1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role, is a plus but not required ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ? Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations. ? Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases. ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. ? Familiarity with our products/services is a plus.
