Role Overview As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers via live chat to provide information about their shipments, resolve tracking issues, and address general FedEx-related questions. You will need to manage multiple chats efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat regarding shipments, tracking, billing, and delivery issues. - Utilize FedEx’s internal systems to track packages and resolve issues. - Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes. - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints. - Provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality. Qualifications - Must reside in or near Colorado Springs, CO, and be eligible to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous customer service experience, especially in live chat or call center environments, is preferred. - Excellent written communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks. - A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace are essential.
